Mahesh Dattani

One of the leading contemporary playwrights of India, Dattani has produced 13 plays including one for the BBC. His important plays include Do The Needful, A Muggy Night in Mumbai, Dance Like a Man and Final Solutions. Dattani won the Sahitya Akademi Award in 1988 for his play Final Solutions.
